I've been living in L.A for almost 2 years now and I've never heard about Jamaica House before. I think before we realize where we at we should look back and see where we come from. All the artists who performed at the Jamaica House were the ones I was listening to and still am. Check the teaser of a documentary that should come out soon.
Then go to The Short Stop on 1455 Sunset blvd where DJ AL G (co-founder of Jamaica House) performs for free every 1st and 3rd Wednesday, spinning 60's Soul, 'ol School Rap, Rock 'n Roll and Funky Reggae
