Soulja Boy is on tour. Let's not talk about either or not you like his music. We're here to talk about his gear. Soulja is wearing the Neff Phillus hat. I've always digged what Neff has been coming out with. Most of their line is fresh. Neff started sponsoring Snowboarders, now they are targeting a wider audience. What do you think?
